Yunnan Pu Er tea, the post-fermented tea, is name after the Pu Er county in Qing Dynasty. Being the tribute tea in Qing Dynasty, Pu Er is famous for its natural aged aroma, long aftertaste and high health benefits. In the ancient time, it only existed the raw Pu Er, which aged themself naturally during the ancient tea horse road to the capital-Beijing. It was not until 1973 that the ripe Pu Er receipe come into being by Ms Wu Qiying and Mr. Zhou Bingliang.  Now both raw and ripe Pu Er regain its popularity in China, not only for its unique, strong tea taste and aroma, but also its outstanding health benefits, especially the losing weight aspect.
